Leadership development
The Boehringer Ingelheim Academy
focuses intensively on developing leaders.
In the selection and development of our leaders, social competence,
language abilities and international experience play a significant
role alongside strong professional skills.
We help our leaders to develop in an international environment.
Local and international leadership workshops or seminars are held to
encourage leaders to reflect on their own leadership understanding
and behaviour in their everyday working
environment. The approach which is build around "Lead &
Learn" which is about how we want to work together supports individuals in discovering ways which will
enable them to create better outcomes as leaders and to foster our corporate
culture.
Leadership seminars can be complimented with individual and peer
coaching approaches.
An extensive variety of language courses are available for learning,
maintaining or improving relevant language skills.
Further development is available in the form of general
management and executive education programmes with selected
leading international business schools.
